Following my education in hospitality and events, I’ve spent more than a decade in the events industry, planning weddings abroad and managing large events locally. After working for a premier wedding planning company in Maine for several years, I moved to Paris to work with Fete in France, helping plan international events. Once I returned from Paris, I began an exciting event management position with Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine, planning all of their events, including a 3,000 person annual Street Fair.
With my years of experience and passion for coordinating events, I decided to start planning weddings and events independently. I find such joy in designing beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime events for my couples and clients. You should also know that I am incredibly organized, so a well-executed event is kind of my thing.
When I’m not serving my clients, you can find me dancing in the kitchen with my husband, exploring the outdoors with my doodle dog, Roo, or redecorating my home, all with a rambunctious toddler in tow.
New York City. My heart beats big time for that city.
Of this decade? Definitely Brandi Carlile, but overall, Frank Sinatra 100 percent.
This is an impossible question. If I have to answer its: Lizzo, Brandi Carlile, and Jay-Z
Turkey sandwiches with salt and vinegar chips. If I had to survive on something for the rest of my life, it would def be turkey sambos.
Leather leggings, a bulky sweater, and my Frye boots. I live in Maine—we’re in sweaters more often than not here.
Lululemon joggers, a hoodie, and sneaks! Whatever is easiest to cart my kiddos in.
My grandmother by far. I am who I am because of that strong-willed, stubborn, sassy, and hilarious lady.
Im always so overwhelmed and inspired by how my mom takes care of others. She's my biggest role model

Fun Fact: She's also my sister and my best, best friend!
Throughout our whole wedding planning process she was cool, calm and collected. I was really impressed by her organizational skills and precise nature - I like things done in a very specific way and truly appreciated her attention to detail. We had a bunch of different venders scattered about instead of the venue connecting other essential elements. As such, I was worried this would be tricky to put together, but Charli made sure that all of my venders stayed on their timeline and, when a problem arose with a specific vender, she took care of it swiftly.
"Charli was amazing!"

"Her calm demeanor and knowledge of the industry was exactly what we needed through out the planning process and on the day of. She made the effort to get to know all of my family and bridal party - making everyone feel extremely involved and comfortable. I cannot recommend Charli at Confetti & Cocktails enough. Do yourself a favor and make sure she is with you on your big day.
"Booking Charli was one of the best decisions we could have made."
- Cassandra R.
I could keep boasting but I'll just leave it at this, our wedding day would not have been as special and spectacular without the assistance of Charli. I highly recommend working with Charli, she is professional, not at all overbearing, and skilled in this field of work!
"I highly recommend working with Charli!"
