After being a bride myself and coordinating events in New England and abroad for over a decade, I’ve seen it all. I understand how stressful planning a wedding is and the worry of an event gone wrong. But with my years of experience and knowledge, it would be my honor to help you plan the day you’ve been envisioning.

You’ll inquire about your wedding and we will get to know each other and make sure we’re a great fit.
We'll spend the duration of our planning time together discussing vendors, budget, themes, and working on a design based on your Pinterest boards.
We will then work to develop a detailed timeline and finalize all the details.
Your wedding day! We’ll be there to make sure everything goes off without a hitch so you can relax and enjoy your perfect day.
The Process
The partial planning partnership includes 30 hours of planning time to be used however the client would like. This could be used to create a design, help with vendor communication, room blocks, contracts etc.
Following the 30 hours of planning we take over the final details 60-days prior to the wedding.

Start with a date and venue, and then let us handle the rest! Our planning & Design package is your ticket to a stress-free, fun-filled event planning experience. We handle all the nitty-gritty details, so you can sit back, relax, and savor every exciting moment without a worry in the world.
Throughout our whole wedding planning process she was cool, calm and collected. I was really impressed by her organizational skills and precise nature - I like things done in a very specific way and truly appreciated her attention to detail. We had a bunch of different venders scattered about instead of the venue connecting other essential elements. As such, I was worried this would be tricky to put together, but Charli made sure that all of my venders stayed on their timeline and, when a problem arose with a specific vender, she took care of it swiftly.
