Jewel Tone Styled Shoot

Step into the heart of Portland, Maine, and you’ll find yourself enchanted by a new venue that has quickly become a darling of the community. Its stunning exposed brick and meticulously restored barn wood flooring create an atmosphere that is both chic and rustic. We were immediately drawn to the space’s unique character and knew we had to capture it on camera. Our Associate Coordinator Amanda put together the most perfect Modern Jewel Tone Styled Shoot for the space.

As we planned our shoot, we were struck by the abundance of natural light flooding in from the oversized windows that offer a glimpse of the lively street outside. The space felt alive and welcoming, and we wanted to highlight its beauty without overwhelming its industrial ambiance. That’s why we chose a design that embraced the space’s existing features, rather than competing with them.

As we worked on the setup, we were thrilled by the gorgeous floral arrangements that graced every corner of the space. The table centerpiece overflowed with vibrant blooms, while the bridal bouquet was a perfect match for the elegant gown. But the true showstopper was the stunning floral arrangement on the detached ceremony arbor. We even repurposed one of its pieces to create an additional arrangement for the cocktail hour.

My personal favorite was the ceremony setup, which blended vintage gold frames with the floral arbor to create a breathtaking backdrop. The aisle was lined with a vintage rug, and soft pink taper candles added a romantic touch. It was the perfect setting for our dream couple’s wedding ceremony.

Overall, this venue is a gem in the heart of Portland, and we feel lucky to have been able to capture its magic on camera in our Jewel Tone Styled Shoot.
